中药冲剂流动制粒工艺条件的实验

摘要(Abstract):

对中药冲剂流动制粒的影响,喷雾空气压力>粉体粒度>进出口温度>风量。最佳条件为:喷雾压力1.0kg/cm2;蔗糖粉粒度40~60目;热风进口110℃,出口50℃;风量1.5档。有必要通过小试为生产提供参考依据。
The influence for flow granulating of traditional Chinese mediciue to be taken after being mixed with boiling water: spray air pressure>powder granularity>inlet, exit temperature>wind speed. Optimum condition: inlet temperature 110℃, exit temperature 50℃; spray air pressure 1.0kgf/cm2;蔗糖粉粒度40~60目;热风进口110℃,出口50℃;风量1.5档。有必要通过小试为生产提供参考依据。
The influence for flow granulating of traditional Chinese mediciue to be taken after being mixed with boiling water: spray air pressure>powder granularity>inlet, exit temperature>wind speed. It is necessary to provide reference basis for production by pilot test.
