中药谱效关系研究进展及关键问题探讨Progress in study of spectrum-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine and discussions

摘要(Abstract):
中药谱效关系是在中药指纹图谱研究基础上,开展的关于中药指纹图谱与中药药效相关性的一种科学研究方法,该方法揭示了药效相关峰,阐明了药效活性成分,为探索建立反映中药内在质量的评价方法和中药药效物质基础的研究提供了一种新的方向和思路。该文根据近几年国内外学者有关中药谱效关系研究的工作,对中药谱效关系研究中指纹图谱的建立、药效评价和谱效关系数据处理3个重要部分进行了系统综述,阐明了其关键问题,并作了相应探讨,以期为中药谱效关系的后续研究提供思路和借鉴,同时还对中药谱效关系研究的发展趋势进行了展望。
Spectrum-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine is a scientific method based on fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine,which studied the correlations between fingerprint and activity.The method revealed the activity related peaks and clarified the active components.It provided directions and thoughts for the clarification of pharmacodynamic material basis and establishment of evaluation method to reflect the inherent quality of traditional Chinese medicine.In this text we would make a systematic review about the progress in the study of spectrum-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine after summarized the latest years of investigations from researchers at home and abroad,including the estabhshment of fingerprint,efficacy evaluation,and data processing.The key problems in each part were clarified and corresponding discussions were made,providing thoughts and advices for the following study of spectrum-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine.At last we made a expecting on the development trend of spectrum-effect relationship of traditional Chinese medicine.
