中药玉竹中新的次生代谢产物
The new secondary metabolite from Polygonatum odoratum

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :研究中药玉竹Polygonatumodoratum的化学成分。方法 :用硅胶柱色谱法和光谱分析法分离和鉴定化学成分。结果 :从中药玉竹中分离到一个二肽类成分和一个呋甾烷醇苷 ,经化学和光谱分析鉴定其结构分别为N(N 苯甲酰基 S 苯丙胺酰基 ) S 苯丙胺醇醋酸酯 (1)和 2 2 羟基 2 5(R ,S) 呋甾 5 烯 12 酮 3 β ,2 2 ,2 6 三醇 2 6 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (2 )。 结论 :化合物 (2 )为新化合物 ,同时也是首次报道的仅C 2 6位被糖基化的单糖链呋甾烷醇苷
Obiective: To investigate the chemical con st ituents of Polygonatum odoratum. Method: Silica gel co lumn chromatography was used to separate and purify the chemical constituents. T he structures were elucidated by chemical and spectral analysis. Resu lt: One dipeptide and one furostanol glycoside were isolated from the rhizomes of P. odoratum, and their structures were identified as O-ace tate of N(N-benzoyl-S-phenylalaninyl)-S-phenylalaninol (1) and 22-hydroxy-25(R and S)-furost-5-en-12-on-3β,22,26-triol 26 -O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), respectively. Conclusion: Compound (2) is a new compound and is first reported to be of the furos tanol monoglycoside glycosylated at C-26.
