中药密蒙花药材RP-HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :运用现代RP HPLC色谱法建立中药密蒙花指纹图谱 ,为密蒙花药材的质控提供依据。方法 :采用InertsilODS 3C18色谱柱 (4 6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ,以乙腈 (含 0 1%TFA) 水 (含 0 1%TFA)系统梯度洗脱 ,流速为 1mL·min-1,在 2 5 4nm下检测 ,测定 10份不同产地密蒙花商品药材的指纹图谱。结果 :用梯度洗脱得到的色谱图中都可以达到较好分离。该分析方法具有很好的精密度、重现性和稳定性 ,共有峰的相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均小于 5 % ,符合指纹图谱相关要求。结论 :可用密蒙花的HPLC指纹图谱有效控制其内在质量。
Objective:To establish fingerprinting of Flos B uddleja by using RP-HPLC for the quality control. Method: T he HPLC condition was as folllows: Inertsil ODS-3 C 18 analytical column (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm), gredient eluation with MeCN(0.1%TFA)-H 2O(0.1%T FA), flow rate 1.0 mL·min -1 , detection wavelength 254 nm. 10 commerc ial samples were analyzed to establish a fingerprinting. Result: Among the obtained fingerprinting, most of the detected peaks were separated effectively. The accuracy, repeatability and stability of this method were sa tisfied. The RSDs of relative retention time and area of aimed peaks which exis ted in all samples were less than 5%. The results were in accordance with the r equest of fingerprinting. Conclusion: The established fingerpr inting can be used for the quality control of Flos Buddleja. [
