摘要(Abstract)：

从驴皮中分离获得一种近年证示有抗栓活性的糖胺聚糖——硫酸皮肤素（ＤＳ），并对该聚糖进行了组成、电泳行为、分子量、特异性酶降解和ＩＲ，ＰＭＲ谱等理化测试。另外对驴皮和阿胶中的ＤＳ作了含量分析。研究提示，中医确认的驴皮和阿胶疗风效果可能与所含的ＤＳ有关。
ermatan sulfate(DS),a recently known antithrOmbotic giycosaminoglycan, was isolated and purified fromdonkey skin,Physiochemical characteristics of the glycan,including constituent analysis,electrophoretic behavlour,molecular mass,speciflc lyase degradations,IR and PMR spectra were described,using porcine skin-origin der-matan sulfate as a standard reference. Contents of DS in donkey skin and its gelatinized preparations(Ejiao)werealso measured. Results indicate that the presence of DS may explain the long reputed clinical efficacy of donkeyskin and Ejiao in treating serious symptoms associated with what has been called endogenous wind in traditionalchinese medicine.
