高效液相色谱法测定紫金龙中普罗托品和异紫堇定的含量

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :建立紫金龙主要有效成分普罗托品与异紫堇定的高效液相色谱分析方法。方法 :色谱柱PHE NOMENEX C18(4 .6mm× 15 0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相为甲醇 0 .2 %磷酸水溶液 (用三乙胺调pH至 7.0 ) (5 0∶5 0 ) ,检测波长 2 5 4nm ,流速 0 .8mL·min-1。结果 :普罗托品和异紫堇定的平均回收率分别为 97.9% ,98.6 % ;RSD分别为 1.3% ,1.4 %。结论 :本法精确、简便、重现性好 ;适用于紫金龙的质量控制
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for de termination of protopine and isocorydine in root of Dactylicapnos scandens. Method: The separation was performed in a PHENOMENEX-C 18 column with a mobile phase of methanol-0.2%phosphoric acid(adjusted to p H 7.0 with triethylamine )(50∶50), The detection wavelength was at 254 nm and t he flow rate was 0.8 mL·min -1 . Result: The average recovery of Protopine and Isocorydine was 97.9%, 98.6% respectively, and RSD 1.3 %, 1.4%. Conclusion: This method is accurate, simple and r eliable. It can be used for quality control of D. scandens. [
