薄层扫描法测定银杏叶中总黄酮醇甙的含量

摘要(Abstract):

银杏黄酮醇甙类水解而获得的甙元,用薄层扫描进行定量测定。测定波长370nm,参比波长650nm,回收率为96.0%~99.6%,RSD为1.03%~2.08%。
A TLC scanning method for the determination of flavonol glycosides in the leaf of Ginkgo biloba has been established.The method includes hydrolysis of the flavonoids and subsequent quantitative TLC scanning assay of the aglycones obtained.Determinations were carried out with a Shimadzu CS 930 scanner, with λ S=370nm and λ R=650nm.The recoveries were 96 0%~99 6% with RSD of 1 03%~2 08%
