八珍汤对~(60)Coγ照射小鼠骨髓细胞及脾细胞凋亡研究Study of Bazhen decoction on the marrow cell and spleen cell apoptosis of mice exposed to ~(60) Co γ ray

摘要(Abstract):
目的 :探讨八珍汤对60 Coγ射线照射小鼠骨髓细胞及脾细胞凋亡的影响。方法 :利用60 Coγ射线一次性全身照射小鼠 ,动态观察其骨髓细胞、脾细胞凋亡情况。结果 :实验观察到照射后模型组小鼠骨髓细胞在 6h其凋亡数最多 ,以后随时间延长而逐渐减少 ,八珍汤组小鼠骨髓细胞和脾细胞凋亡数与模型组相比两者在 6h处有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ;在 12 ,18,2 4h也能相应的拮抗细胞的凋亡。结论 :八珍汤对60 Coγ射线照射小鼠骨髓细胞及脾细胞凋亡有较好的抑制作用 ,可能也是八珍汤补血的机制之一。
objective: This study is aimed at exploring effects of Bazhen decoction on the marrow cell and spleen cell apoptosis of mice exposed to 60 Co γ ray Method: The apoptosis phenomena of mice marrow cell and spleen cell was surveyed after the mice were wholly irradiated with 60 Co γ ray Result: Bazhen decoction group and the model group significantly differ in the apoptosis of marrow cell and spleen cell, and the marrow cell of the model group had the mort to apoptosis after irradiated six hours and then gradually decreased Bazhen decoction group can also resist the apoptosis at 12 h, 18 h and 24 h Conclusion: Bazhen decoction can quite well inhibit the apoptosis of mice marrow cell and spleen cell irradiated by 60 Co γ ray
