基于BrO~-_3-Ce~(4+)-H~+-丙二酸/酒石酸振荡体系的中药电化学指纹图谱研究Electrochemical fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicines based on BrO~-_3-Ce~(4+)-H~+-malonic acid/tartaric acid chemical oscillating system

摘要(Abstract):
该文提出了BrO~-_3-Ce(SO_4)_2-H_2SO_4-丙二酸/酒石酸复合有机振荡反应体系,在考察各组分浓度对空白体系稳定性和特征参数影响的基础上,获得了30种中药的电化学指纹图谱。结果表明,电化学指纹图谱可用于中药的识别、不同部位区分及道地性鉴定,快速、灵敏、准确。同时,探讨并验证了振荡机制及中药指纹图谱的形成机制。
A new composite organic oscillating reaction system based on BrO_3-Ce(SO_4)_2-H_2SO_4-malonic acid/tartaric acid was proposed in this paper. On the basis of the influence of the concentration of each component on the stability and characteristic parameters of the blank system, the electrochemical fingerprints of 30 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines(TCM) were obtained. The results showed that the electrochemical fingerprint can be used for the identification of TCMs, the distinguishment of different parts and the appraisal of genuineness, which is fast, sensitive and accurate. At the same time, we explored and verified the mechanism of oscillation and the formation mechanism of TCM fingerprint.
