黄连薄层指纹图谱研究

摘要(Abstract):

用经过优化的溶剂系统在双槽展开箱中用硅胶薄层板作两次展开,对黄连所含原小檗碱型生物碱进行薄层色谱分离,在控制条件下得到商品黄连样品的薄层色谱中可检出包括微量生物碱在内的9~11个斑点,其荧光及紫外扫描轮廓图可作黄连药材的指纹图谱。
This paper introduces the use of optimized solvent system with twice-ascending-development in twin trough chamber on TLC silica gel plate for the separation of protoberberine-type alkaliods eontained in Rhizomata of Coptis spp. Nine to eleven spotsincluding the main and the 'minor' alkaloids in the samples can be observed on the chromatograms obtained under controlled conditions. The fluorescence and UV-absorption TLC scanning profile can serve as fingerprint for the analysis of commercial samples of Rhizomata of Coptis spp.
