五味子液相色谱指纹图谱的研究Research on chromatographic fingerprint of fruits of Schisandra chinesis

摘要(Abstract):
目的:建立五味子药材指纹图谱并对共有色谱峰进行指认。方法:Waters Symmetry C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水梯度洗脱,柱温30℃;检测波长218 nm;流速1.0 mL.min-1。Agilent 1100 Series LC/MSD Trap质谱仪;毛细管电压4.5 kV;雾化器压力413.7 kPa;干燥器温度350℃;干燥器流速12.0 L.min-1;扫描范围m/z200~600,样品均采用正离子检测模式。结果:对10个产地五味子药材进行了测定,建立了五味子指纹图谱,并用HPLC-ESI-MS法对15个共有色谱峰进行了指认。结论:此方法简便、可靠,为提高五味子质量标准提供了依据。
Objective: To study the chromatographic fingerprint of the fruits of Schisandra chinensis,and identify the peaks.Method: Analysis was performed at 30 ℃ on a Waters Symmetry C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),eluted with acetonitrile-water gradient elution.The flow-rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,and detection wavelength was 218 nm.The peaks in the chromatogram were identified by LC-MS.Result: The fingerprint of the fruits of S.chinensis was established,and fifteen peaks of lignans were identified.Conclusion: The method was easy,reliable and could be used as a powerful tool for the further quality control of S.chinensis.
