参麦注射液对脑出血大鼠神经细胞凋亡相关基因表达影响的实验研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :观察参麦注射液对大鼠脑出血后神经细胞凋亡相关基因的影响。方法 :采用Rosenberg法复制大鼠脑出血模型 ,测定脑出血后大鼠海马CA1区神经细胞病理形态结构及其Bcl 2基因、Bax基因表达 ;结果 :参麦注射液减少大鼠脑出血后海马CA1区锥体细胞凋亡数目 ,显著增加Bcl 2基因表达 ,降低Bax基因表达 ,使BaxmR NA/bcl 2mRNA比率下降。结论 :参麦注射液能调节凋亡基因 ,减少大鼠脑出血后神经细胞的凋亡。
Objective: To observe the effects of Shenmai(SM) injection on the neuronal apoptosis related gene expression in rat brain after intracerebral hemorrhage Method: With Rosenberg models of rat intracerebral hemorrhage, we studied the pathologic changes of neuronal structure in hippocampal CA 1 areas and gene expression of Bax and Bcl 2 Result: SM injection had effects on inhibiting the pyramidal cells apoptosis in the hippocampal CA 1 areas, increasing the expression of Bcl 2 gene, and reducing the expression of Bax gene resulting deceased the ratio of Bax mRNA /Bcl 2 mRNA Conclusion: SM injection can regulate the apoptosis gene, and inhibit the apoptosis in rat brain after intracerebral hemorrhage
