天麻促智冲剂对“肝郁型血瘀”大鼠血液流变学及脑缺血再灌小鼠学习记忆障碍的影响

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :观察天麻促智冲剂对“肝郁型血瘀”大鼠血液流变学及脑缺血再灌小鼠学习记忆障碍的影响。方法 :采用“激怒”加皮下注射肾上腺素及冰浴法 ,造成大鼠“肝郁型血瘀” ;并用反复结扎小鼠双侧颈动脉再灌法 ,造成小鼠学习记忆障碍 ,每天给“血瘀”大鼠和学习记忆障碍小鼠灌胃天麻促智冲剂(分别为 7.7,1 5 .4 g·kg- 1) 1次 ,连续 1 4d。结果 :天麻促智冲剂可明显降低“血瘀”大鼠的血浆粘度 ,全血粘度和还原粘度 ,并能改善脑缺血再灌小鼠潜在学习记忆能力和水迷宫记忆获得及再现能力。结论 :研究表明 ,该方剂可明显改善“血瘀”大鼠血液流变学及脑缺血再灌小鼠学习记忆障碍的作用。
Objective:ToinvestigatetheeffectofTMCZCJonthebloodrheologyinhypostasisratsduetostagnation oftheliver qiandonthelearning memorydisorderincerebralischemia reperfusionmice .Method :Themodelsofhyposta sisduetostagnationoftheliver qiweremadebycombiningirritationwithhypodemicinjectedadrenalinandice bathin rats,andthemodelsoflearning memorydisorderweremadebyrepeatedlyligating reperfusingthebilateralcarotidin mice.Thehypostasisratsandlearning memorydisordermicewereperorallyadministratedTMCZCJ( 7.7,1 5 .4g·kg- 1) onceaday ,forfourteenconsecutivedays.Result:TMCZCJcansignificantlyreduceplasmaviscosity ,bloodviscosityandre ducedviscosityinhypostasisrats.Itcanalsoimprovethelatentlearning memorycapabilityandmemorygain repetitiona bilityinwater mazeforcerebralischemia reperfusionmice.Conclusion :TMCZCJcanimproveremarkablybloodrheology inhypostasisratsandlearning memorydisorderincerebralischemia reperfusionmice .
