甘青大戟中的甾体类和芳香族化学成分

摘要(Abstract):

通过正相硅胶、大孔吸附树脂、MCI树脂、Sephadex LH-20、制备薄层色谱和反相HPLC等多种色谱分离方法相结合,从甘青大戟乙醇提取物中分离得到7个甾体和15个芳香族衍生物;借助波谱学分析方法鉴定它们的结构分别为:豆甾-5-烯-3β,7α-二醇(1)、豆甾-5-烯-3β,7β-二醇(2)、豆甾-5-烯-3β-醇-7-酮(3)、豆甾-4-烯-6β-醇-3-酮(4)、豆甾-1,4-二烯-3-酮(5)、豆甾-3,6-二酮(6)、β-谷甾醇(7)、东莨菪素(8)、七叶内酯(9)、6-羟基-5,7-二甲氧基-香豆素(10)、槲皮素(11)、3,3',4'-三甲基鞣花酸(12)、对羟基苯乙基茴香酸酯(13)、间羟基苯乙醇(14)、反式桂皮酸(15)、阿魏酸(16)、3,4二羟基苯甲酸(17)、香草酸(18)、对羟基苯甲酸(19)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸乙酯(20)、没食子酸乙酯(21)和没食子酸甲酯(22)。以上化合物均为首次从甘青大戟中分离得到。
From an ethanol extract of Euphorbia micractina roots,seven steroids fifteen aromatic derivatives were isolated by a combination of various chromatographic techniques,including column chromatography over macroporous resin,silica gel,and Sephadex LH-20 and reversed-phase HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic data analysis as stigamast-5-ene-3β,7α-diol( 1),stigamast-5-ene-3β,7β-diol( 2),stigmast-5-en-3β-ol-7-one( 3),stigmast-4-en-6β-ol-3-one( 4),stigmast-1,4-dien-3-one( 5),stigmast-3,6-dione( 6),β-sitosterol( 7),scopoletin( 8),aesculetin( 9),6-hydroxy-5,7-dimethoxycoumarin( 10),quercetin( 11),3,3',4'-tri-O-methylellagic acid( 12),p-hydroxyphenylethyl anisate( 13),m-hydroxyphenylethyl alcohol( 14),( E)-cinnamic acid( 15),( E)-ferulic acid( 16),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid( 17),vanillic acid( 18),p-hydroxybenzoic acid( 19),ethyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate( 20),ethyl gallate( 21),and methyl gallate( 22). These compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
