感冒康宁颗粒抗炎免疫作用研究
Studies on anti-inflammatory and immunologic enhancement of Kangning granules

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :研究感冒康宁颗粒对实验性炎症及动物免疫反应的影响。方法 :运用小鼠足跖肿胀和大鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性实验观察其对炎症反应的影响 ;用碳粒廓清实验评价其对非特异性免疫功能的影响、测定免疫小鼠血清抗体水平和脾细胞抗体分泌细胞数量以评价感冒康宁颗粒对特异性体液免疫功能的影响。用MTT法测定感冒康宁颗粒对小鼠T ,B细胞的转化增殖的影响。结果 :感冒康宁颗粒生药 5,10 ,2 0g·kg- 1能明显抑制琼脂引起的小鼠足跖肿胀 (P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1) ;生药 2 .4,4.8,9.6g·kg- 1可明显降低组胺引起的大鼠皮肤血管通透性增高 (P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1)。感冒康宁颗粒生药 10 ,2 0g·kg- 1可明显增强小鼠的吞噬细胞的功能及吞噬速率 (P <0 .0 5) ;生药 5,10 ,2 0g·kg- 1明显增加免疫小鼠血清抗体的形成 (P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1)和免疫小鼠抗体分泌细胞数量(P <0 .0 5,P <0 .0 1)。感冒康宁颗粒生药 2 0g·kg- 1明显增加B细胞的转化增殖 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :感冒康宁颗粒具有明显的抗炎和免疫增强作用
Objective: To investigate the effect of Ka ngning granules on inflamma tory and immunology. Method: Pedal swelling induced by 1% agar in mice, dermal c apillary hyper-permeability induced by histamine in rats were used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory of Kangning granules, and the clearance rate of intraveno us ch arcoal particles was used to study its effect on non-specific immunologic funct i ons. Serum haemolysin level and the number of antibody secretory cells in spleen were determined to assess its effects of specific immunologic functions. MTT co lored method was used to determine the effect of Kangning granules on T-or B-L y mphocytes proliferation. Result: 5, 10, 20 g·kg -1 of Kangning Granules significa ntly inhibited pedal swelling induced by agar in mice (P<0.05, P<0.01). 2.4, 4.8 , 9.6 g·kg -1 of Kangning Granules evidently decreased dermal capillary hy per-perm eability induced by histamine in rats (P<0.05, P<0.01). 10, 20 g·kg -1 of Kangning Granules enhanced the phagocytic function and phagocytosing velocity in mice ( P <0.05). 5, 10, 20 g·kg -1 of Kangning Granules obviously increased serum h aemolysi n level and the number of antibody secretory cells in spleen (P<0.05, P< 0.01). 2 0 g·kg -1 of Kangning Granules promoted B-Lymphocytes proliferation (P <0.05). Conc lusion: Kangning granules significantly inhibited inflammatory reacti on and increase immune functions in animals.
