摘要(Abstract)：

老龄大鼠连续口服天麻３个月后，以跳台试验观察各组鼠学习记忆过程，同时测定血清脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）含量。天麻可明显改善老龄鼠学习记忆功能，降低血清ＬＰＯ含量。
After giving Rhiroma Gastrediae to aging rats continuously for 3 months.the process of their learningand memory was obse.rved through step-down test and the tontent of lipid peroxides (LPO) was determined. It hasbeen found out that Rhizonlti Gastrtaliae can effectively improve t he ability of learnuig and niemmory of these rats rats andreduce the content of LPO. The result may indicate that it is by clearing away the free-radicals that Rhizoma Gastredi-ae improves the brain function.
