准噶尔无叶豆挥发性成分研究

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :研究准噶尔无叶豆挥发油的化学成分。方法 :水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油 ,采用气相色谱 质谱法对挥发油化学成分进行分析鉴定。结果 :共鉴定出 5 5个化合物 ,占挥发油总成分的 80 .1%。结论 :准噶尔无叶豆挥发油的化学成分主要为 1 甲氧基 4 (1 丙烯基 ) 苯 (6 1.8% )。
Objective: To analyse chemical constituents of volatile oil from Eremosparton songoricum by GC MS. Method: The Volatile oil from E. songoricum was extracted through steam distillation. The content of compositions of volatile oil was determined with area normalization method, and the constituents were analyzed and identified by GC MS. Result: 55 Compounds were separated and identified, which accounted for 80.1% of total volatile oil. Conclusion: The main constituents in the essential oil from Eremosparton. songoricum are 1 methoxy 4 (1 propenyl) benzene (61.83%); 1 methoxy 4 (2 propenyl) benzene (2.98%) and 2,2′ methylenebis[6 (1,1 dimethylethyl) 4 ethyl] phenol (2.73%).
