摘要(Abstract):
目的:对鱼腥草的挥发油成分进行气相色谱指纹图谱研究,为其质量控制提供依据。方法:以水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油。以TRACE气相色谱仪进行分析。结果:对12个产地的鱼腥草进行了分析,建立了鱼腥草挥发油气相色谱指纹图谱。结论:该方法重复性好,所建立的气相色谱指纹图可用于鱼腥草的鉴别。
Objective:To establish a GC fingerprint of the volatile oil of Houttuynia cordata.Method:The volatile oil was ex- tracted from H.cordata by water stream distillation method,and analyzed by GC coupled with FID.Result:12 bathes of samples col- lected from different regions were analyzed;the GC fingerprint of the volatile oil of H.cordata was subsequently established.Conclu- sion:The established GC fingerprint can be used for the identification of H.cordata.
