藏药湿生扁蕾的化学成分研究Ⅰ

摘要(Abstract):

目的 :对湿生扁蕾全草进行化学成分研究。方法 :用常压硅胶柱和薄层色谱法分离 ,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果 :分离得到了 6个化合物 ,鉴定为 1,7 二羟基 3,8 二甲氧基酮 (Ⅰ ) ,1 羟基 3,7,8 三甲氧基酮 (Ⅱ ) ,1,8 二羟基 3,7 二甲氧基酮 (Ⅲ ) ,1 羟基 3,7 二甲氧基酮 (Ⅳ ) ,β 谷甾醇 (Ⅴ ) ,胡萝卜苷(Ⅵ )。结论 :化合物Ⅲ~Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constitue nt s from the herb of Gentianopsis paludosa. Method:Col u mn chromatogrophy and spectral analysis were used to isolate and identify the co nstituents. Result:Six compounds were isolated and ident i fied as 1,7-dihydroxy-3,8-dimethoxyxanthone(Ⅰ), 1-hydroxy-3,7,8-trim ethox yxanthone(Ⅱ), 1,8-dihydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyxanthone(Ⅲ), 1-hydroxy-3,7 -dim ethoxyxanthone(Ⅳ), β-sitosterol(Ⅴ), daucosterol(Ⅵ). Conclusio n :Compounds Ⅲ~Ⅵ were isolated from the plant for the first time. [
