淀粉的X射线衍射在鉴别贝母类中药材中的研究Identification of Fritillaria herbal drugs by X-ray diffraction of starch grains

摘要(Abstract):
目的:提供一种简单的鉴别贝母类中药材的方法。方法:采用X射线衍射分析技术测定了5种贝母类中药材的X射线衍射图谱。结果:通过分析20角在10°-30°的淀粉衍射峰,可以发现浙贝母、平贝母、伊贝母、湖北贝母中的淀粉属于B型淀粉,而川贝母中的淀粉属于CB型淀粉,5种贝母粉末的结晶度依次为42.1%,43.6%,37.7%.35.9%和30.8%。结论:根据贝母类中药材中淀粉颗粒的晶体类型和贝母粉末结晶度的差异,结合各自的X射线衍射图谱,可以达到鉴别贝母类中药材的目的。
Objective: To provide a simple method to identify different of herbal drugs of Fritillaria. Method: The X-ray diffraction spectra of five Fritillaria powders were obtained by X-ray diffractometry (XRD) . Result: By analyzing the diffraction peaks of starch over the 29 diffraction angle in the range of 10°-30°, we concluded that the crystal type of starch in F. thunbergii, F. ussurensis, F. pallidifloca and F. hupehensis was B-type. However, the crystal type of starch in F. cirrhosa was CB-type. The degree of crystallinity of starch was 42.1%, 43.6% ,37.7% ,35.9% and 30.8%, corresponding to F. thunbergii, F. ussurensis, F. pallidiflcoca, F. cirrhosa and F. hupehensis. Conclusion: Based on the differences of crystallinity of starch and X-ray diffraction spectra of Fritillaria powders, different species of Fritillar-ia can be identified.
